Advaults Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Advaults Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our program.

1. Eligibility & Registration

• The Advaults Affiliate Program is open to individuals, influencers, bloggers, content creators, and marketers who want to promote our kids’ printable worksheet bundle.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Upon signing up, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track your referrals and earnings.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission & Payouts

• Affiliates will earn ₹50 per successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Payments are processed manually and will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.
• Payouts will be made every 7 days, provided the affiliate has reached a minimum payout threshold of ₹500.
• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details (UPI ID or bank account information) to receive earnings.
• Any fraudulent activities, including self-referrals or fake transactions, will lead to the termination of the affiliate account, and commissions will be voided.

3. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates are allowed to promote using social media, blogs, websites, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Affiliates must not use spam, misleading ads, or false claims to promote the product.
• Affiliates must not use paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to bid on brand keywords like “Advaults,” “Advaults.shop,” or similar variations.
• Any violation of these guidelines may result in termination from the program without payment.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• All sales are tracked via the unique affiliate link provided upon registration.
• If a customer purchases through an affiliate link, the commission will be credited to the respective affiliate.
• Advaults is not responsible for tracking issues caused by ad blockers, cookies being disabled, or users switching devices before completing the purchase.

5. Refund & Chargeback Policy

• Since Advaults sells digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
• If a customer requests a chargeback or disputes a transaction, the affiliate will not receive the commission for that sale.

6. Termination & Modification

• Advaults reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if we detect fraud, policy violations, or unethical behavior.
• We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email.
• Affiliates can voluntarily leave the program at any time by notifying us via email.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Advaults is not responsible for any loss of earnings due to technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party software failures.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and tax regulations in their respective regions.
